FAQ
Restaurant FF&E Questions
Can you hold our furniture until the build-out is finished?
Yes. Your vendors ship to our warehouse in Smyrna, TN. We receive, check and store everything, then deliver when the floors are finished and the site is clear.
Do you check the inventory when it arrives?
Yes. Each piece is checked against your schedule and the bill of lading, photographed and tagged by area. It is checked again in a final inventory two weeks before install.
What restaurant furniture do you install?
Dining tables and bases, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, occasional tables, terrace furniture and umbrellas, placed and leveled to your floor plan.
Can you move an existing restaurant?
Yes. Tell us what is moving, both addresses and your closing window, and we will scope the move in a written proposal.
Do you connect gas, plumbing or electrical?
No. Gas, electrical and plumbing connections stay with your licensed contractors, along with millwork and bar fixtures. We handle moving, setting and assembling the furniture and equipment.
