Hotel FF&E Questions
Can our vendors ship to you before the hotel is ready?
Yes. All vendor shipments can go to our warehouse in Smyrna, TN. We unload, check and tag each delivery and store it until your floors are ready.
How do you keep guestroom furniture organized?
Each piece is tagged by area as it arrives and stored by floor and area, based on your FF&E schedule. It goes back out the same way, so it reaches the right floor and room.
What do you need to quote a hotel project?
Your FF&E schedule, floor plans, target dates, and site conditions such as elevator and loading access. We price each phase in a written proposal.
Can you work around a phased renovation?
Yes. Storage lets us release furniture as each floor becomes available. Tell us your phasing when you request the proposal and we will plan deliveries around it.
Who handles electrical and plumbing?
Your licensed contractors. We handle the furniture, fixtures and equipment. Electrical, plumbing, low-voltage and other licensed trade work is not part of our scope.
