Long distance moves are priced on the total weight or volume of your shipment, the distance, packing services, access at both homes, and your delivery window. After a walkthrough or video survey of your inventory, we provide a flat-rate written quote so the price does not change on moving day unless the inventory changes.

It depends on distance and scheduling. Regional moves in the Southeast can often be delivered within a few days, while cross-country moves take longer. We give you a delivery window in writing before your move and keep you updated while your belongings are on the road.

Under federal rules for interstate moves, a binding estimate guarantees the price for the services and inventory listed, while a non-binding estimate can change based on the actual weight. We quote flat rates so you can budget with confidence. Adding items or services later can change the price, and we will always tell you before that happens.

Interstate movers must offer two liability options: Released Value Protection, which is included at no extra cost but covers only 60 cents per pound per item, and Full Value Protection, which covers repair, replacement or cash value of lost or damaged items. We explain both options before you sign so you can choose the right level.

We handle pianos, artwork, antiques, gym equipment and other specialty items as part of your shipment with custom crating when needed. Ask us about vehicle transport when you request your quote so we can plan it with your move.
